Reporting:
- Responsible for extracting data from various data source (XPERT POS, Data Warehouse, etc)
- Consolidate and submit standard APD and local affiliate reports as per frequency and timeline required
- Consolidate and provide any ad-hoc reports as required
- Develop new templates or improve on current spreadsheets to provide user friendly and meaningful data
- On- going process improvements to ensure data consolidation is done in an optimal manner
- Provide timely, ongoing tracking and feedback to VP, Commercial Operation and/or the respective Account Executives on retailers’ performance
Analysis
- Analyze and provide a robust summary or overview of reports generated (e.g. actual vs. forecast, etc)
- Monitor and provide market related data where necessary as a value-add info
Record Keeping:
- Maintain & update Retailers database to reflect up to date accounts/stores in each category in total country. Also, to maintain retailers contact details.
- Ensure reports generated are named, filed in proper order in the respective data storage spaces (digital or hardcopy)
- Archiving data when necessary to reduce overloading storage space available
- Custodian of reports generated – able to retrieve and provide reports as and when requested
Coordination/Administrative Support
- Provide coordination or administration support to the team for projects or tasks related to Sell-In & Sell Through functions as necessary
