In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the customer in order to understand, innovate and develop solutions according to the key requirements provided.

- Cooperate with customers and the Technical Team in collecting and analyzing customer requirements
- Analyze the IT functional and non-functional requirements, composing the available information and ensuring that the project team understands all the required details. This is to be done in accordance with the applicable methodology and toolset to be used
- Make sure that stakeholders’ concerns, requirements, and contributions are included in the requirements specification document
- Input provision on low-level detail design issues and patterns
- Analyze & define specifications linked to the integration with other applications and/or technological components
- Design complex solutions
- Factory Acceptance Testing
- Validate User Acceptance Testing plans
- Create documentation regarding the project’s deliverables
Your experience, skill set and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:
- A University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another relative discipline from a Greek or foreign institute
- A Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in the Justice Sector will be considered a strong plus
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT requirements
- Ability to apply architectural principles to functional solutions and use of model-based representations to collect, aggregate, or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business
- Practical knowledge in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
- Certification in the area of business process analysis and modeling will be considered an asset
- UX experience/training will be considered an asset
- Working knowledge of relational database principles
- Ability to work both independently and within multi-disciplined teams
- Excellent use of the Greek and English language (verbal & written)
