As a Senior Business Analyst you will focus on supporting commercial, technical projects and initiatives, in the IT areas of CRM and Integration. Your role will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding clients’ objectives, aligning your work to these objectives and setting personal priorities, liaising with others across all lines of business and taking accountability for own and team results.

A Day in the Life of a Senior Business Analyst at Qualco will include:

  • Digital Transformation Initiatives: Lead the analysis and implementation of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance business processes and customer experiences;
  • Banking Flows and Systems Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing banking processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement system enhancements and new functionalities. Design process diagrams;
  • Requirement Definition and Management: Elicit, document, and manage detailed business and technical requirements. Develop clear and concise use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure requirements are understood and approved by all stakeholders. Create and maintain project documentation including glossary, how-to, use guides, and BA-related artifacts;
  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners to ensure clear and consistent communication. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input and disseminate information;
  • Business Case Development: Define and develop comprehensive business cases to support project proposals and investment decisions. Conduct cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and impact analysis to justify initiatives;
  • Agile Methodology Adoption: Champion Agile practices and methodologies within the team and across the organization. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews;
  • Testing/Reporting:

-         Conduct demos and training sessions. Create detailed reports, including KPIs

-         Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems (functional / performance related)

-         Participate in UATs & design scenarios

-        Create value realization metrics & KPIs

  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred;
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital transformation and banking systems;
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering successful outcomes;
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences;
  • Proficiency in requirement elicitation, documentation, and management;
  • Solid understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory environments;
  • Ability to develop compelling business cases and conduct thorough impact assessments;
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management software;
  • Knowledge of BPMN, UML, and other process modeling techniques;
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach;
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills;
  • High degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment;
