About the job:
In this role, you will provide support with all tasks within the finance department which include activities related to Credit controlling, business controlling and accounting.
You will report to the Business Controller, Adriatic.
What you'll do:
The role involves supporting of the preparation of daily, monthly and quarterly management reporting (e.g., P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow), in-depth analysis and participate in continuous improvement efforts across our processes.

In detail, you will:

Report to direct supervisor of any deviations from agreed standards

Work on the month-end and year-end closing activities
-
Provide customer credit control support
-
Work on local and central reporting
-
Issue customer bonus credit note
-
Take part in monthly KPI calculations
-
Support statutory audit and statutory reporting
-
Prepare reports according to scheduled deadlines
-
Prepare balance sheet reconciliation
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
University degree – finance, accounting or related
-
Solid experience and understanding of accounting processes
-
Fluent English
-
Experience with MS Office suite (especially Excel)
-
Power BI is a strong merit
-
SAP knowledge and BPC experience will be an advantage
-
Analytical, detail-oriented & proactive - you believe small things matter and you’re not just solving the tasks you are given, you always think ahead

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
-
Excellent stakeholder management skills – previous experience working with audit or tax controllers will be an advantage

Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships and deal with a variety of stakeholders

Ability to work autonomously or with minimal supervision
