The Position
This role is a project based position for a temporary contract of 30 months and location agnostic.
Are you ready to make a significant impact and contribute to the biggest business transformation in our Subregion South East? Join our team as an ASPIRE Finance Analyst (internal job title Finance Excellence Partner) and play a crucial role in deploying our innovative business solutions, called Roche ASPIRE Program, within our Diagnostics commercial affiliates.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the ASPIRE deployment across multiple project waves, working closely in a hybrid setting with local commercial teams in one or more affiliates.
Note: This role can be performed location agnostic, within Subregion South East (SRSE) time zones. Relocation is not considered, while regular business trips will be needed especially during the onboarding and intense collaboration phases.
During the first 14 months you will support SRSE affiliates (Roche DIA Adriatic organization, Roche DIA Czech Republic and Slovakia).
Career Opportunities and Challenges

Perform, coordinate and monitor month end closing tasks

Timely and accurate submission in accordance with DIS, FGAR and other associated Global guidance

Act as the key contact for Group functions, e.g. CCA, RSS Ops to coordinate on financial reporting etc.

Maintain robust financial reporting systems, processes and financial controls that are geared towards continuous improvement, centralization and automation and to ensure integrity and reliability of financial statements and information

Prepare financial reports/presentations for the affiliate to track and analyze the actual performance against budget, forecasts and KPIs

Coordinate and set the process, timeline and clarity of the deliverables of annual budget processes for the finance and the organization

Proactively provide developed, automated and enhanced standard/management reporting to support business operations, and continuous improvements based on market development and needs

Monitor all finance processes to ensure financial compliance

Performing ICFR controls

Support in cleaning and aligning of Master data in collaboration with Master data owners (eg. Supply Chain)

You are part of the subregional Finance Analysts Chapter
Who You Are
-
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage

Proven work experience in finance (3+ years), preferably in a sales-focused or commercial environment

Familiar with SAP or comparable ERP-systems

Experienced in management of large datasets in Excel and perform complex financial analysis and business case simulations in suitable tools and derive relevant key assumptions

Strong systems thinking capabilities to analyze and understand the interconnections between various systems within the organization

You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong business acumen displaying curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset going beyond Finance

You are a true team player with high work ethics, practicing a result-oriented working style, possessing strong decision-making and implementation skills with a proven ability to work independently and under pressure, effectively prioritizing tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective stakeholder communication
