Job Description
Traveloka is Southeast Asia’s leading travel platform, we're passionate about bringing the best travel experience to millions of our users, and we're looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our team!
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will be supporting the Market Management team in analyzing data, supporting projects, collaborating with teams, and assisting in improving business operations.
- Work with market managers to monitor hotel performance and identify any improvement area.
- Build data tool and conduct business analysis to support market managers on decision making.
- Work with internal stakeholders (product team, data team) to deliver on projects or initiatives.
- Work with market manager to support daily tasks including: Supporting and answering hotels on their enquiries; Managing relationship with hotels; Pitching, negotiating and setting campaign participation for hotels.
- Reach out to hotels to acquire them onboarding to Traveloka; Supporting the acquisition and onboarding process for hotels.
- Support on data preparation for projects and initiatives, including: Market research, market sizing exercise, data validation and clean up."
Requirements
- Pursuing an S1/Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Commercial. Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of study.
- Proficiency in working with numbers, extensive data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint slide creation. Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach.
- A proactive, results-driven individual with a strong commitment to learning and growth.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge in Data Visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Preferred but not required: previous internship experience in Business / Marketing / similar roles.
