The Role
Reporting to the Branding & Solution Lead, this exciting role sits within the Sales Team at SEEK Asia (JobsDB). The primary focus of the role is to deliver comprehensive employer branding solutions to our clients. Ideal for a proactive person growing in fast-paced settings, passionate about nurturing client relationships for success. Job Description
- Responsible for managing clients within specific industries to build expertise and serve as trusted advisors.
- Provide expert advice on our range of services and solutions to corporate clients, effectively promoting their value and benefits.
- Deliver solutions through face-to-face visits, account reviews, reporting, and other account management activities.
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by formulating sales plans and strategies.
- Maintain trustworthy relationships with clients through proactive follow-up actions and support.
Qualifications
We are looking for a seasoned Branding & Solution Specialist with a strong background in sales, client servicing, and cross-functional project execution to join our dynamic team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on account management.
- Proven background in media, agency work, digital marketing, or project management is highly preferred.
- Prioritizes customer experience, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
