What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Brand Strategist. The primary role of the Brand Strategist is to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across organic channels and handle day-to-day community management needs. Key responsibilities include social content strategy, creative ideation, content execution, and leveraging social media analytics and trends to achieve growth goals.

You'll execute the social voice and presence of brand and content marketing campaigns from strategy to execution and reporting. You will also be directly responsible for designing, implementing and executing the organizations influencer marketing strategy.

You'll collaborate with content and creative teams to build assets that extend their voice on social and contribute to company-wide social initiatives and creative projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop a proactive brand strategy that leverages our product strengths and expands our TAM and social engagement metrics 
  • Monitor social trends and share insights / trending topics of interest with content teams
  • Develop a plan to translate our programming into effective marketing content and create weekly content calendars.​​ 
  • Plan marketing content strategy, including content types and posting cadence, to achieve sales and engagement goals.​ 
  • Drive influencer outreach and partnership management aligned with brand values. 
  • Monitor content performance across platforms and adjust strategy accordingly.​ 
  • Craft and edit social copy and assets in alignment with brand messaging.​ 
  • Execute brand buzz and growth campaigns, including market research and analysis of content trends.​ 
  • Manage daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and community management.​ 
  • Manage Blog + Newsletter Communication. Editorial approach.
  • Identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into brand strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of working professional experience creating content for and managing campaigns across multiple social media platforms, such as X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
  • Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Excellent media relations and crisis management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms for business.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience crafting impactful social media strategies and leading successful teams.
  • Expertise in social media analytics tools and KPIs to measure and drive success.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including SEO, content marketing, and advertising strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think outside the box.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.
