What we’re looking for:


We are looking for a Brand Strategist with a curious mind, a creative eye, and an exceptional ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. If you are a researcher at heart, passionate about uncovering deep insights, and a compelling storyteller who can take a strategy from concept to execution, this is the role for you. You should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is driven to deliver high-impact work that breaks through the noise.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development: Lead the creation of brand strategies for global and local clients across multiple industries, translating complex challenges into actionable and creative solutions.


Insight-


Driven Campaigns: Dive deep into consumer data, cultural trends, and market intelligence to uncover insights that fuel breakthrough brand strategies and campaigns.


Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and client stakeholders, to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive brand growth.


Brand Building: Use your deep understanding of branding to build strong, compelling narratives that not only resonate with audiences but also inspire consumer action.


Creative Leadership: Collaborate with creative teams to develop ideas that stand out and get noticed, ensuring that the strategy is always at the heart of the creative work.


New Business & Growth: Play a key role in new business pitches, helping to win new clients and expand existing relationships by demonstrating your ability to deliver strategic excellence.


Embrace Innovation: Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends and technologies, including AI, and leverage them to enhance strategic decision-making and improve campaign performance.


What you need to succeed:


Experience:


3 years of experience in brand planning, creative strategy, strategic consulting, or other relevant fields. Experience managing and mentoring strategy teams is a plus.


Brand Strategy Expertise: Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies that drive consumer engagement, loyalty, and measurable business outcomes.


Research & Analysis: Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into valuable insights. Familiarity with tools like GWI, Warc, and Canvas8 is a plus.


Creative & Strategic Thinking: You understand the intersection of creativity and strategy. You know how to craft compelling brand narratives that resonate across channels and drive audience action.


Collaboration Skills: A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with creative, account, and client teams.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to both internal teams and clients.



Cultural Awareness: A keen understanding of how culture and trends shape brand behavior and consumer perceptions, and the ability to translate this into impactful strategies.


Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
