About the Role:

As a Brand Manager Incontinence Care you will be responsible for proposing and implementing local marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, for TENA brand within South East Europe region. Key responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales and customer marketing teams to drive growth, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and analyzing brand performance to assess its impact on business results.

What You Will Do:

  • Implementing product strategies to achieve brand objectives.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize the value of your brand (works closely with Sales teams, Business Development Manager, distributors)

  • Providing tactical marketing support to the sales team, including product training (including field sales force), promotional tactics, and campaign management.

  • Developing and executing brand marketing plans and channel specific plans.

  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather customer insights.

  • Translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Analyzing business data and responding strategically to enhance customer engagement.

  • Designing and executing innovative and effective marketing campaigns aligned with global strategy, ensuring integration with global campaign objectives and appropriate use of the marketing mix.

  • Collaborating with third-party stakeholders and global teams for local implementation of strategies, product launches, portfolio changes

  • Responsible for assigned A&P – planning, tracking, efficient spending

Who You Are:

We are looking for professionals with the following skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor / master’s degree in marketing or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Brand Marketing role, experience in FMCG/pharma industry preferred

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Good understanding of data (P&L, Sales reports, Market data)

  • Good understanding of multiple distribution channels – Pharma, Modern Trade, Traditional Trade or different business set-up (distributor business)

  • Knowledge of marketing best practices, media strategy, digital activations

  • Excellence in execution, including prioritization, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving

  • Experience in multichannel marketing

  • Knowledge of medical devices legislation is a plus

  • Able to work in a multicultural environment and in the team

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills (understanding of matrix organizations)

  • Ability to drive cross functional projects

  • Creative mind-set and self-motivated
