Job Title: Brand Manager Prescription (m/f/d) – Launch of Nemolizumab (Austria & Switzerland)

Location: Zug (Switzerland)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager Prescription (m/f/d) to lead the market launch of Nemolizumab, a groundbreaking new product from Galderma, in Austria and Switzerland. Nemolizumab is an innovative therapy poised to transform patient care, and you will play a critical role in bringing this product to market. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, ensuring successful product introduction, and driving growth in both markets. As the Brand Manager, you will engage with key stakeholders, implement marketing initiatives, and ensure that Nemolizumab is positioned for success in an evolving therapeutic area. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-impact launch that will shape the future of patient care in these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing for Nemolizumab in Austria and Switzerland, focusing on both strategic and operational aspects to ensure a successful introduction.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, aligning marketing, sales, and cross-functional efforts to maximize product awareness and adoption.
  • Work closely with sales teams and medical affairs to educate and engage healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage product positioning and messaging, ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
  • Monitor brand performance and KPIs to ensure objectives are met, and recommend adjustments to strategies when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure a seamless launch and ongoing lifecycle management of Nemolizumab.
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for brand-related projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in brand management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in leading the marketing for launches or managing new product introductions is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape in Austria and Switzerland, including regulatory processes and market dynamics.
  • Digital experience with the ability to incorporate digital strategies into brand planning and execution.
  • Multichannel experience, with the ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Launch experience in dermatology or immunology (ideally) or a related therapeutic area.
  • Past commercial operations or sales experience (nice to have).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
