The Cough, Cold, Flu (CCF) category is the cornerstone of Haleon's Respiratory Health business with trusted brands like Robitussin and Theraflu. We're seeking an experienced Brand Director to lead the CCF team, driving short and long-term growth and profitability.

In this pivotal role, you'll own the P&L and oversee the development and execution of annual marketing plans. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and global partners to identify growth opportunities, optimize ROI, and deliver innovative solutions that resonate with consumers and customers. This role reports to the VP Marketing, US Respiratory Health and has a team of 7 direct reports.

  • Leadership: Develop and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and consumer obsession.

  • Strategic Thinking: Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and develop winning brand strategies.

  • Innovation: Partner with global category and US innovation teams to deliver a robust innovation pipeline and commercialize new products successfully.

  • Commercial Excellence: Drive profitable growth by optimizing media efficiency, creative effectiveness, and portfolio management.

  • Expert and Customer Partnership: Collaborate with the Customer Strategy and Expert Marketing teams to strengthen connections with key external stakeholders and drive impactful trade and expert activities.

  • P&L Management: Own the P&L and make data-driven decisions to maximize profitability, grow market share, and deliver on commitments.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • MBA in Marketing or related field

  • 10+ years of progressive commercial marketing experience, including previous experience managing seasonal businesses

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to build high-performing teams

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to think end-to-end in running a business

  • P&L management experience and financial acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience in managing complex, matrix organizations

  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes

  • Successful track record in new product launches and innovation

  • Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Decisive and proficient in influencing, collaboration and conflict management.

Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.  This includes a generous 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement and time off programs including 6 months paid parental leave.  On day one, you are eligible for benefits, including our healthcare programs where the company pays for the majority of your medical coverage for you and your family.  We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering. The salary range for this role is: $173,420 - $238,453 USD
