Meaningful Work From Day One:
The Bottling Operator will use all equipment on the bottling line, identifying and quickly responding to, in accordance with plant procedures and policies, safety, quality or operational issues. Consults front line leader when critical issues regarding product non-conformance, safety and/or production issues arise. Communicates in a respectful, professional and timely manner with all members of the team, including peers, supervisors and plant leadership, as well as outside contractors, to maintain continuity of production and ensure a safe, efficient working environment for all.
What You Can Expect:

Manually remove cases of glass from pallets and place onto line
-
Manually pack bottles into cases
-
Verify accuracy of materials against process orders
-
Verify video jet number against process order and record on log sheet
-
Visually inspect cases for defects and remove defective cases from the bottling line, repositioning when required
-
Immediately notify mechanic, supervisor and other team members of line problems
-
Monitor dumping of empty glass from cases and inspects for glass defects
-
Visually inspect color of whiskey, label placement, video jet on cases and government panel application for all products

Clean up broken glass as required
What You Bring to the Table:
-
Must be at least 21 years of age and have attained a high school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations (add, multiply, subtract, etc.)

Proficient technology skills
-
Strong attendance and work performance
-
Ability to do frequent walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching upward/downward, crouching, and ascending/descending stairs/ramps/ladders

Ability to push, pull, lift and carry weight of at least 50 pounds
-
Strong troubleshooting skills and collaborative approach to problem-solving
-
Adherence to PPE requirements, including wearing steel-toed safety shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, hair/beard net, and cut-resistant gloves
