As a BIM Application Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the application serves the business continuity with high availability, continuous improvements, information/cyber security, and scalability. How you'll make an impact

Administer and document the application.

Make decisions regarding changes in functionality together with the application owner and manager.

Manage user licenses and access.
-
Solve and manage application issues.
-
Support and train users and power users.
-
Implement and maintain company requirements and guidelines.
-
Provide helpdesk application support.
-
Report to 3rd line support (Application Suppliers, IS/IT etc).

Arrange user and power user meetings.
Your background
-
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, civil design, or a related field.

At least three (3) years of experience in 3D modeling and BIM methodology.

Deep knowledge in BIM applications, customizations, processes, and application usage.

Experience with BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit Architecture, Dynamo, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Experience in BIM model and data coordination.
-
Ability to define best practices and create instructions and manuals.

Experience in VR/XR applications is a plus.

Experience in a multinational organization.

Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
