We’re looking for a junior Billing Analyst to join our Finance team! If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for accuracy, and a strong ability to manage financial data, we want to hear from you. In this role, you’ll support billing operations, ensure invoices are processed correctly, and help maintain financial integrity across our organization. What you’ll do

  • Issue and distribute invoices on a timely basis
  • Proactively resolve any issues or billing errors
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
  • Address customer complaints and questions
  • Keep track of accounts receivable to monitor new billings in light of past due balances
  • Assist with customer account reconciliations
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly analytical reports
  • Support month-end close process by adhering to deadlines and deliverables
  • Support annual audit
  • Responsible for process documentation for assigned duties and ensure backups are properly trained

 

Who you are

  • 1+ years in a similar role or internship
  • Written and verbal english fluency
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail is a MUST
