We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team within the Retirement and Benefits Solutions department. The individual will be responsible for the evolution of the design system, creating mock-ups, and providing support to the team during development.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers and business analysts to understand clients’ business needs and contribute to brainstorming sessions
- Develop user scenarios and flows
- Create mock-ups and prototypes using our design system and existing web products
- Identify key issues and areas for improvement in our web products
- Write visual specifications in work item tickets
- Contribute to the review of design team mock-ups to ensure visual cohesion across different products
- Work on the continuous improvement of the design system
- Support the testing team to help identify visual defects and propose solutions
- Analyze the relevance of suggested improvements and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate closely with the development team to establish the scope of proposed changes and adapt the solution as needed
- Occasionally participate in client presentations
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software ergonomics, industrial design, and/or management or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a UX/UI designer
- Fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Figma software
- Mastery of best practices and accessibility concepts (WCAG)
- Ability to understanding and using current IT technologies
- Excellent knowledge of user-oriented development methods
- Be meticulous and rigorous in their work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Master’s degree in cognitive ergonomics, an asset
- Experience in the pension plans or benefits business, an asset
