The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant partners with lines of business and functional areas to provide strategic recruiting services to ensure that the company’s recruiting programs increase visibility and result in high quality hires across the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience within the insurance or financial industry preferred.

  • Experience using alternative sourcing methods, with a focus on social media and networking tools.

  • Demonstrated success in taking a consultative approach with internal and external clients while providing business solutions.

  • Organized and detail oriented with a pro-active approach.

  • Proven track record to navigate an environment with multiple and shifting priorities with ease.

  • The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience using Workday is an asset.

  • Previous experience using Phenom is an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between

$58,275.00 CAD - $97,125.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
