We are seeking a talented bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at TELUS Health. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with our pension plan administration software solutions while developing a deep understanding of client needs. As a detail-oriented and analytical professional, you will be responsible for comprehensive quality assurance activities, including test scenario development, test case writing, manual script execution, and defect resolution.
The ideal candidate combines methodological approaches with data-driven insights, demonstrating both curiosity and disciplined testing practices. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting junior team members. You will carry out all QA-related tasks according to defined standards, ensuring timely delivery and effective solution implementation that meets our clients' needs.
What You’ll Do:

Analyzes technical documents and communicates with stakeholders (functional managers, business analysts, etc.) to understand the scope of testing

Develops and maintains manual test scripts (positive and negative) based on product evolution

Prioritizes and executes manual tests according to established priorities

Documents and tracks anomalies until resolution

Identifies and proactively communicates potential risks related to deadlines or quality

Performs peer reviews and supports less experienced resources

Provides support and training to clients and internal teams as needed
You're the Missing Piece of the Puzzle:

University degree in computer science, mathematics, or any other related discipline

2 - 5 years of relevant experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
Great-to-haves:

Experience in pension plan administration or financial services industry

Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking

Experience with Selenium and Java
