We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant with SQL expertise to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools, enabling businesses to make informed decisions through data visualization, reporting, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance in BI systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related technical issues.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users on BI solutions.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong SQL skills (writing complex queries, performance tuning, indexing).
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Understanding of data modeling
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize query performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with BI solutions
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases and Big Data technologies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in BI development, reporting, and SQL programming.
