Job Summary:
As the Benefits & Wellness Specialist, you will administer benefit plans and wellness programs including coordinating enrollment activities, researching and providing recommendations on plans and options, developing communication material, updating annual benefit elections, conducting benefit audits, administering leave programs, designing benefit training and orientation, and collaborating with the Finance Department and vendors for billing and journal entries.
Key Duties:
- Coordinates benefits programs for Zeta employees, including employee benefits information, insurance plans, enrollment options, eligibility, coverage and claims. Counsels employees concerning insurance, benefits, retirement, payroll deductions, death benefits, leave programs, retirement, deferred compensation and other benefits available to employees.
- Development and ownership of Wellness strategies that educate employees understanding of their options to actively participate in promoting their overall well-being through various health and wellness programs.
- Responds to inquiries and provides technical information concerning policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and regulations.
- Advises employees of policy provisions and claims procedures, preparing required documentation, determining claim eligibility and resolving claims issues.
- Troubleshoots and resolves employee issues and concerns regarding benefits, including resolving administrative problems with carrier representatives.
- Coordinates various enrollment activities, conducting training and orientation on the company’s benefits plan, assisting employees with completing enrollment forms, and processing enrollment forms.
- Oversees COBRA and retiree insurance programs.
- Partners with the global benefits team on strategies.
- Establishes and maintains permanent employee benefits records, updating records with retirement, leave and various other information.
- Verifies the calculation of monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies and ensures proper billing and budget charges.
- Manages multiple file transmissions to appropriate vendors.
- Conducts Wellness webinars and event programming along with surveys for data collection needs.
- Collaborates with others to ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee benefits to employees.
- Monitors and audits compliance with policies, regulations, and program objectives.
- Assists with information gathering for annual filings, measurement period, eligibility determination, compliance testing, government filings, and other duties related to the benefit plan administration.
- Assists Benefits team with maintenance and tracking of all legally required documentation in accordance with IRS/DOL requirements, including timely distribution to employees.
- Monitor, analyze and recommend compliance actions for new and evolving benefit legislation.
- Manages FMLA process, coordinating with third-party provider to ensure all appropriate paperwork and notification is sent to employees.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration roles REQUIRED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience and proficiency in Workday Benefits REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA), and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- International benefit knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to resolving employee issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience.

Are you a creative storyteller with a knack for writing compelling marketing copy? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where words drive action? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Copywriter to join our small but growing Creative Marketing team and help craft messaging that captivates audiences, converts into demo requests and sales, and elevates our brand awareness and industry credibility.
As an in-house Creative Team, we mostly work on B2B marketing communications for purposes such as, but not limited to: Brand Campaigns, Events Signage, Marketing Emails, Display Ads, Internal and External Newsletters, Hype Videos, Sales Presentations, Social Media Marketing Content (both Organic and Paid), Naming exercises for internal initiatives, Webinar Landing Pages, Company Website copy updates, and more.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Designers, Strategists, and Marketing Leaders to create persuasive, on-brand messaging that fuels growth; while reporting directly to our Lead Brand Copywriter plus plenty of access to our team’s Creative Director.
**This is a Freelance opportunity, with the potential to go perm (20-40 hours a week)

What You’ll Do
- Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy for digital marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and ad creatives.
- Ask the right questions to ensure your assignments are on-point with the appropriate objectives that serve the aspirations of the company.
- Ideate on everything from Event Themes to Brand Campaigns.
- Translate complex MarTech concepts into digestible, engaging messaging that resonates with our target audiences.
- Partner with Designers, Growth Marketers, and Brand Strategists to develop cohesive campaigns.
- Optimize copy for performance, leveraging A/B testing and analytics to refine messaging strategies.
- Contribute to brand voice development, ensuring consistency across all touch points.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor messaging to keep our content fresh and impactful.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising/marketing copywriting, preferably within SaaS, B2B tech, or MarTech industries. *Not mandatory, but helpful!
- Strong [advertising] portfolio showcasing a range of marketing copy, from short-form ads to long-form thought leadership.
- Ability to distill technical concepts into interesting, audience-friendly copy.
- Experience with SEO, CRO, and performance marketing tactics is not mandatory, but a nice-to-have.
- Unparalleled attention to detail, other-worldly creativity, and a self-starter mentality so that you can take direction and run with it.
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $65.00 - $85.00/hour, depending on location and experience.
