Our BDR Team is a critical part of our Sales Organization that focuses on generating new business and new pipeline through outbound prospecting with the goal of winning business.
About the role
In this role as a BDR Manager, you will have a directly measurable impact on our overall Sales Targets as a company. You will manage a team of Business Development Representatives to support our Outbound Sales Teams with detailed account research and prospecting efforts. You will have access to the latest social and contact tools to uncover opportunities for FIS to help our prospective clients solve some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology.
About the team:
The FIS Business Development Representative (BDR) Organization maintains a fast-paced, collaborative environment that invests in developing the future Outbound Sales talent of FIS, while providing a critical service to grow FIS Pipeline and Sales achievement. We are geared to developing pipeline through buyer persona targeted contact campaigns, which lead with insights and thought-leadership. The team partners, collaborates, and is aligned with sales regions, sales territories, and solution areas.
What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be leading a team to generate new business opportunities (pre-qualified leads) in support of FIS sales goals and objectives.

Drive the creation of sales leads through outbound strategies, including calling, emailing, and social media outreach, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach, in collaboration with lead generation programs.

Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve sales targets.

Identify and nurture team members, preparing them for future sales roles within the organization.

Develop and implement strategies for demand generation activities.

Foster long-term opportunities by maintaining communication with potential clients during the early stages before the sales cycle begins.

Assist in strategic and targeted sales and marketing campaigns by collecting and analyzing comprehensive data.

Continuously enhance knowledge of sales techniques and product differentiators.

Proven experience in a BDR or sales management role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience in training, coaching, and developing sales talent.

Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency with sales and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
