Job Description
As a key figure in the beverage operations, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will innovate and develop a diverse selection of beverages that align with our brand standards, ensuring creativity and guest appeal. By upholding impeccable service standards, you will ensure that every guest interaction is handled with grace, courtesy, and efficiency. Overseeing bar operations, you will ensure all bar areas are professionally set up, well-stocked, and impeccably maintained, with a focus on cleanliness and organization. You will also manage inventory and stock levels to optimize costs and minimize wastage, taking charge of ordering supplies and tracking inventory efficiently. Quality control will be a key priority as you refine recipes, ingredients, and presentation to maintain consistency and excellence. Compliance with Beverage Department SOPs and legal standards is paramount, as is leading and inspiring your team. Through training, mentorship, and support, you will empower the bar team to perform at their best, contributing to the success and reputation of our operations.
Qualifications
• Education: College Diploma in Hotel/Event Management or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within the Food & Beverage or Events industry, with a strong background in bar management.
• Leadership: Demonstrated passion for leadership and teamwork, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of the bar’s performance.
• Guest Service: Exceptional guest service and sales skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for our patrons.
• Operational Skills: Strong capabilities in cost control, stock management, and quality assurance, ensuring that the bar operates efficiently and profitably.
