Your role at Exness:

We are currently looking for a Verification & Support Specialist. The core focus of the role will be on Exness’ B2B institutional business, and the role will essentially support B2B related operations.

As a B2B Verification & Support Specialist you will have global responsibility for general Back Office & Compliance Operations. 

For this role, we consider candidates already located in London, United Kingdom or alternatively candidates who are based in Cyprus.

You will: 

  • Conduct client due diligence, including KYC on corporate clients and broader onboarding and ongoing monitoring tasks.
  • Conduct initial and annual due diligence on third party providers.Communicate with clients in relation to general queries on their accounts, including verbal and written.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, legal and operations.
  • Screen clients against sanctions lists, PEPs databases and adverse media.
  • Process client transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, ensuring that documentation is complete, organized, and accessible for audits or regulatory reviews. 

What makes you a great fit:

  • 1-3 years previous experience working within financial services sector with a minimum 1 year experience in KYC/KYB
  • An understanding of the UK regulatory framework and FCA principles
  • Familiarity with CFDs and/or leveraged products
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of working with Client Relationship Management systems
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
