ABOUT THE POSITION:


B2B Sales Manager at BURGA isn’t just about closing deals – it’s about opening new doors and driving our global growth. You’ll lead the way in expanding BURGA’s reach, turning fresh opportunities into lasting partnerships.


We’re on the lookout for a strategic go-getter who’s passionate about B2B sales, market exploration, and building strong client relationships. If researching markets, crafting bold sales strategies, and turning leads into loyal partners sounds like your thing – you might be exactly who we need to take BURGA to the next level.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


- Conduct market analyses and research for new B2B clients, managing the entire process from client acquisition to establishing long-term relationships

- Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, focusing on expanding the company's presence globally

- Execute comprehensive sales plans, encompassing market research, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention rates

- Collaborate with cross - functional teams, including product development, marketing, manufacture and customer support, to align strategies and enhance customer experiences

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in different markets, utilizing data to inform decisions and adjust sales strategies

- Ensure compliance with regulations and trade policies during sales operations


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


- 3+ years of experience in B2B service/product sales, showcasing success in attracting new customers

- Ideally having previous experience in developing a market for new products or working in a role as the prime driver of sales expansion for a retail business

- Experience and competence in the IT and telecommunications industry would be a huge plus

- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with different level stakeholders

- Goal-driven and proactive approach

- Analytical mindset

- Excellent English language skills (proficiency in other languages is advantageous)
