About the role
As a B2B Sales Executive, you are responsible for driving national sales acceleration by leading the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies that align with +Oscar and Enterprise objectives. This position requires strategic leadership in fostering cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders to optimize market positioning and business growth. You are responsible for overseeing and maintaining a robust pipeline, guiding prospects through the funnel, and analyzing market trends to refine strategies that give +Oscar a competitive edge. You will act as a voice for the client, providing valuable insights to marketing to shape enablement materials and fuel business growth.
You will report to the General Manager, +Oscar.

If you live within commutable distance to our New York City office (in Hudson Square), our Tempe office (off the 101 at University Dr), or our Los Angeles office (in Marina Del Rey), you will be expected to come into the office at least two days each week. Otherwise, this is a remote / work-from-home role.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role is: $108,000 - $141,750 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and sales commissions.
Responsibilities
- Drive the progression of leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to deal closure, implementing strategies to improve conversion rates at each stage.
- Inform strategic sales plans and sales playbook based on outside in perspective and feedback that align with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities.
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process, leveraging technology and CRM systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and identify potential growth areas.
- Oversee and maintain a robust pipeline while actively engaging with prospects and clients to build strong relationships, and understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Lead the negotiation process with key accounts, leveraging tactics to swiftly close deals, even in scenarios where time constraints limit the opportunity for deep relationship building. Ensure strategies are in place to maintain client satisfaction and foster trust quickly within the compressed timeline.
- Serve as a strategic leader responsible for fostering cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders to optimize market penetration and customer value.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and engaging with potential clients.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in an outside sales role, specifically within a start-up or healthcare technology business
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with business partners, internal and external.
- 2+ years of experience in SalesForce.
- 2+ years of experience using Google and Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Travel:
- Up to 50% of travel in the field

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
