Who we are?

Support the execution of all finance related tasks of our B2B business: B2B commissions’ payments, billing, reconciliation, accounting, reporting, audit.

What will you do?

• Payments (40%): prepare B2B commission bulk payment files, upload files to banks/platforms, prepare & upload individual payments, maintain Adiona updated of commissions paid & returned payments, and support improvement of payment process with other departments. 
• Accounting (40%): prepare & close accounting of B2B commission payments on ERP, maintain and account for B2B trade invoices. 
• Billing (10%): prepare and send B2B trade invoices to our clients.
• Reconciliation (10%): reconcile B2B payments transactions between our banks/platforms and Netsuite.

• Advanced proficiency MS Excel/ G-sheets experience: pivot tables, if-function formulas, index-match formulas.
  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with Netsuite ERP is a plus.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and English.

Qualifications / Knowledge needed to perform

• Bacherlor’s degree in ADE, Economics, Accounting, Finance related academic background. 
• Treasury or payments with accounting experience. 
• +2 years in a multinational/big4 or fast-pace scaleup.
