What is our proposal?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical B2B Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our B2B team with comprehensive analysis, providing insights that drive key decisions and improve the experience of our travel advisor partners.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Growth Director to prepare ad hoc analyses in Excel, along with regular sales reporting.
• Create compelling presentations for key projects, showcasing insights and detailed analyses.
• Monitor and maintain KPIs throughout the sales funnel—from travel advisor registrations to activation and repeat bookings.
• Partner with the IT Data department to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key metrics through Looker.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying trends, inefficiencies, and actionable insights based on data analysis.

• Proven experience in a data analysis-focused role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
