How does our hiring process work?

First, you will be contacted by our recruiter to discuss your experience, technologies you work with, expectations for the new position, etc. She will also provide more information about our company, team, customers, and role requirements.

If it makes sense for both parties, she will arrange a meeting - either in person at one of our branches (Brno, Ostrava) or through an online meeting with the team manager, Eugen Budaca. Usually, for the first round, we invite Head of Public cloud Nearshore, Benjamin Melikant, who will give you more insights into the project work for the customer. Of course, both will be present to assess your hard skills.

After the meeting, we will provide feedback, whether positive or negative. We also appreciate feedback from you to know what we can improve on 😊.

Prior to your start date, the team manager will contact you to finalize hardware details and discuss the first days, so you know what to expect.
If you can check off at least 2 of these points, you are a right candidate:
✅ Experience working with cloud technologies, Azure in particular (GCP and AWS welcomed)
✅ You were responsible for Customer Onboardings, Infrastructure configuration and tuning, Migrations, Upgrades, troubleshooting issues, general lifecycle management tasks, creating documentation etc.
✅ Practical experience with DevOps, OS management, Networking, Security, IaaC, working experience with Terraform is a significant advantage.
✅ You have worked with Containers as these are heavily required by the customers to speed up their efficiency when it comes to their application layer
✅ You know how to ask questions and have no problem communicating with international customers and to lead a technical conversation.
