Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated AVR Operator to join our team. This role involves handling AVR materials, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process AVR materials using the NAV system.
- Prepare shipments, including detrashing and organizing incoming materials.
- Assist with production schedules and assigned operational tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow company health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Support risk assessments and participate in safety training programs.
- Adhere to company standards, including ISO and R2 certifications.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (M.6) or equivalent.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Required Skills & Training:
- Experience in AVR receiving, shipment preparation, and material handling is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety protocols such as firefighting, evacuation, and risk assessments.
- Familiarity with 5S, ISO9001, ISO14001, and R2 standards is an advantage.
