What you can expect
We are looking for a technically skilled and service-oriented AV Support Engineer to deliver high-quality audiovisual support across our EMEA region. This full time onsite role in our London office and Executive Briefing Centre with additional responsibility for providing remote support to our other EMEA locations.
The AV Support Engineer will ensure the smooth operation of AV systems, support day-to-day meetings and events, and play a key role in training and documentation efforts.

Responsibilities

Providing AV support and assistance to Zoomies during meetings or presentations, and Collaborating with Workplace coordinators to provide support for company events, conferences, and meetings.

Completing daily equipment room checks for workplace and experience centers.

Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment for functionality and reliability.

Responding to and resolving AV Support tickets promptly and efficiently.

Collaborating with Workplace coordinators to provide support for company events, conferences, and meetings.

Maintaining an asset tracking program of all AV hardware.

Providing service and support including technical troubleshooting and operational issues relating to our Zoom Rooms.

Maintaining clear, concise, and positive communication for all cases in a timely and efficient manner.
What we’re looking for

Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical expertise in AV support cultivated through extensive experience.

Be experienced with Zoom Rooms.

Have hands-on experience with AV hardware, including cameras, microphones, speakers, and control systems.

Possess knowledge of AV signal flow, cabling standards, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Be familiar with AV networking, including IP-based AV systems and basic network troubleshooting.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during live events or critical meetings.

Have a customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Possess experience with asset management tools and equipment tracking
