Realizar tareas relacionadas con el cobro dentro del proceso de servicio al cliente, de acuerdo con la normativa de la empresa.
Mostrar y mantener una excelente actitud de servicio al cliente externo e interno.
Conocer el alcance del todo el proceso de cobro y la normativa de la empresa que está definida para el mismo.
Recibir, revisar y guardar el fondo de caja asignado.
Custodiar su usuario y clave personal para garantizar el manejo correcto de la caja.
Hacer la apertura de la caja realizando un arqueo al inicio, según el dinero recibido.
Realizar el cobro de los productos de manera óptima siguiendo los lineamientos establecidos.
Tener todos los valores en orden y completos.
Conocer y aplicar los diferentes métodos de pago, sea efectivo, tarjeta, subsidio, cupones, crédito).
Hacer un uso adecuado del datafono, tanto en la apertura, cobro y cierre.
Entregar la factura al cliente y el vuelto según corresponda. Brindar la información que se le solicite cuando le sean realizados arqueos de caja.
