Job Summary: We are seeking an Automation SME/Lead to join our dynamic team across all Secure accounts in the UKI. We are looking for a continuous innovator and someone that is comfortable challenging the status quo. They should be able prioritise big plays that impact in a measurable way by enabling technical teams to work with foresight (from hindsight). This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving automation strategies that impact operational efficiency and enable client innovation. We are looking for someone excited to be embarking on the Ops to IOPS to AIOPS journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of execution, excellent stakeholder management, and a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Execution: Collaborate with account and technology teams to create, prioritise and implement automation strategies.

Execution and Delivery: Drive the execution of automation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

Roadmap and Maturity: Continuous improvement through roadmaps and feedback loops

Value and Impact : Clear measurement. Tracing the impact of automation initiatives . Also a linkage to business growth.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and concise updates to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement.

New Business Impact: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in new business situations, leveraging automation to drive innovation and enable growth.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

SC Clearance: Must hold or be eligible for SC Clearance.

Bachelor's degree or equiv in relevant field

Experience with Infrastructure & cloud platforms and services

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

Technically strong: Cross functional Automation skills. Solid understanding of AIOPS.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and diverse stakeholders.

Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to convince and influence others, fostering a collaborative environment.

Ruthless Execution: Demonstrated capability to drive projects to completion with precision and speed.

Growth Mindset: Embracing learning and innovation, with a focus on enabling customer growth through automation.
