Job Description
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Responsible for managing and reporting on Audits on related topics company wide, carrying out special audits and their coordination
- Based on provided evidence is doing further objective evaluation if matching with audited criteria, asses the effectiveness of results
- Preparing and creating of Audit Plan, Audit Agenda, Audit Reports and setting up Action Lists (remotely and/or at the customer's site)
- Manage the alignment between audit process and operational topics to ensure proper communication
- Having the ability to identify weaknesses/risks within the organization and provide recommendations for improvement
- Professionally leading audit interviews and communicating with relevant stakeholders
- Preparing audit reports and closing presentations for management
- Evaluation the implementation of recommendations and agreements, monitoring assignments from audit reports, audit logs
- Actively work on audit follow up procedures (logging risks, corrective/preventive measures)
- Being involved into improvement of internal tools and methods for internal auditing
- Being involved into audit program preparation
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- Have University degree
- Have experience with Audit Corporate Control and Process Organization and Quality Mgmt minimum 2 years
- Have certification ISO 9001, ISO20000, ISO27001, ISO 22301, ITIL v4. TISAX is big advantage
- Have practical experience in Internal or External Audits – as lead auditor or co-auditor
- Have solid knowledge of quality management methodologies (e.g. KPI reporting, management systems, Excellence programs, Quality tools)
- Have experience of IT operations across all layers (e.g. application operation, system operation, infrastructure, network, storage, desktop)
- Have general overview about ITIL processes
- Have ISO Certification
- Speak English: B2 minimum - mandatory
- Have high level of communication skills
- Are flexible person
- Have responsibility for given tasks
- Have analytical skills
- Have Pro-activity and pro-customer orientation
- Are able to work both as an individual and as part of the team
- Are able to lead audit interview as a professional
- Are able to transform observations into measures
- Are Structure-oriented person with strong focus on detail

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1800€ /brutto.
