At CDK, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and stay ahead of the ever-evolving landscape. We are looking for an experienced Compliance and Audit Analyst to join the EIT Compliance and Audit Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of information technology, audit and compliance specifically with ISO,SOC, SOX, and ServiceNow IRM. This person will possess a strong understanding of security best practices, risk management frameworks (NIST 800-53, SOC, SOX, etc.), and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The candidate must also have a solid understanding of legal, regulatory, and policy compliance requirements, and the ability to apply this knowledge to the audit process. In this role, you will be responsible for coordination of audit processes with external and internal auditors, audit remediation tracking and reporting, controls development, and policy/standards development. The Analyst will monitor and periodically realign with the control owner through the audit lifecycle to ensure remediation is proceeding and completing according to plan. EIT Audit and Compliance team members are also engaged in managing the overall IRM process in the ServiceNow tool.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
· Create, organize, and articulate summarized audit or compliance findings that are clear and actionable by business stakeholders.
· Track and monitor policies, standards, audit requests, attestations in IRM ServiceNow module.
· Reports, KPIs, etc.
Qualifications:
· Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a audit and compliance analyst in a corporate environment.
· Candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, cybersecurity, or a related field.
· Must have good technical and non-technical communications skills.
· Industry relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP, etc. or the desire to pursue certification.
· Experience with compliance programs such as FTC, NIST, SOC 2, SOX, etc.
· Knowledge and understanding of all controls.
· Must be analytical and detail oriented.
