The Atlanta office is seeking a junior associate to join the Financial Institutions Group. Preferred candidates should have experience in asset-based lending, secured and unsecured credit facilities as well as acquisition financings. In addition, candidates should possess strong academics, excellent writing capabilities and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
