Responsible for installation, operation and efficient maintenance of Purified Water Generation, Storage & Distribution Systems, WFI Generation, De-Ionized water systems, storage & Distribution Systems and Clean Steam Generation and distribution Systems

• Prepare dosing solutions for Purified water generation system
• Operation & Maintenance of Purified Water Systems, WFI Systems, Deionized Water Systems and Clean steam systems as per respective procedures and established quality standards.
• Plan and execute the sanitization activities in coordination with CFTs.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programmes in coordination with CFTs.
• Raising change controls for any changes related to documentation, equipment etc. and implement the same, as required.
• Identify the gaps to increase the system efficiency.
• Coordinate with CFTs to implement any changes resulted due to CAPAs.
• Timely closure of observations (if any) identified during internal or safety or regulator audits.
• Ensure the cleanliness of area and the equipment all the time.
• Prepare and maintain engineering drawings related to clean utilities.
• Identify the gaps in the procedures and discuss with supervisor to mitigate the gaps.
• Ensure the readiness of the area for the internal/safety/ regulatory audits, as required.
• Preparation, Review of respective Documents/Procedures
• Participate in and take responsibility for workplace environment, health and safety at the level required for this position, following the guidelines in the company Environmental, Health and Safety Management System Manual.
• Ensure that all safety instructions and measures are strictly observed.
• Graduate / Diploma Engineer in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Knowledge of Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Water Pre-treatment systems, PW generation, storage and distribution systems, De-ionized water systems, WFI generation, storage and distribution systems and clean steam generation and distribution systems
• Conversant with aspects like FAT / SAT /DQ / IQ / OQ / PQ
• Detailed knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules/check sheets, SOP's and various audit procedures
• Documentation review skills
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent Interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Effective coordination between departments

Qualifications
Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
• Demonstrated ability to write and provide simple and accurate instructions
• Demonstrated computer and technical skills
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal communication and written skills

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge or experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} environment
• Biopharma experience
