What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Oversee maintenance and reliability engineering tasks, including the redesign, upkeep, and repair of utility systems, buildings, and equipment.
- Contribute to moderately complex projects, managing time effectively and developing short-term work plans.
- Provide engineering support for developing scopes of work, project execution plans, and engineering studies for equipment installation or modification.
- Offer operational support, review preventive and corrective work orders, and manage technical writing and document reviews.
- Ensure calibration compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices, contemporary technologies, and best aseptic practices.
- Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis investigations and update equipment reliability plans, collaborating with Production and Quality Team Leads.
- Promote workplace safety by following site safety procedures and performing proactive safety assessments.
- Actively participate in site and corporate initiatives, and serve as a liaison between quality, operations, and regulatory/compliance for timely closure of investigations.
- Prepare specifications for Electrical Systems.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance program.
- Provide support / execute assigned Energy saving project.
- Responsible for efficient operation of electrical systems.
- Handling of new/expansion/improvement projects .
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- High school associate's degree with 6+ years' experience Graduate / Diploma Engineer in Graduate / Diploma Engineer in Electronics and Instrumentation engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
- Knowledge of computation, calculation and verification of power distribution and consumption patterns.
- Knowledge on Operation and Maintenance Operation and Maintenance of 33 KV line, 11 KV Line, LT Switch gears, HT Breaker .
- Knowledge of electrical drawings and specifications of electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (part of GxP)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to manage complex issues and foster consensus among teams
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- Proficiency in technical writing and document reviews
- Knowledge of contemporary technologies and best aseptic practices
- Proactive approach to promoting safety within the workplace.
- Valid C License approved by APEPDCL (optional)
