The Associate Program at Kognitiv is designed to fast-track early career or career transitioning professionals into the world of Workday consulting. It’s a structured, hands-on development program that combines training, mentorship, and real-world project experience to help associates build their expertise in Workday.

What We’re Looking For:

A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and problem-solving.

Top-notch communication skills for connecting with clients and remote teams.

Salary: $70,000 base + annual bonus & other perks
