Job Description
- Develop and implement content pillars that align with the brand's overall objectives, ensuring consistency and relevance across all social media platforms.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content that speaks to target audiences while maintaining brand tone and identity.
- Collaborate with creative teams and product marketing teams to ensure content supports campaigns and launches.
- Drive organic growth and engagement by optimizing the earned media
- Develop strategies to leverage user-generated content, reviews, and media coverage to amplify brand visibility through earned media.
- Monitor social platforms for opportunities to drive earned media mentions.
- Create and execute social media content calendars in line with content pillars, ensuring a cohesive strategy across platforms.
- Analyze social media performance and earned media metrics to optimize strategies, measure success, and report results to stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to continuously refine the brand’s social media approach.
- Manage freelance content creators, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the payment process for freelancers and external contributors.
Requirements
- 3+ years working experience in developing content pillars and driving earned media strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and performance metrics.
- Experience in managing influencer campaigns, earned media collaborations, and KOL relationships.
- Excellent communication and good leadership skills, with the ability to manage freelancers and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize social media performance
