The Job:
- Social Media Management: Build and oversee the company’s social media profiles and presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant channels.
- Content Creation: Develop and share engaging content tailored to specific platforms to drive traffic and boost customer engagement.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and participate in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and industry, engaging with both current leads/customers and new audiences.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track social media promotions and campaigns, analyzing their success and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and analyze all social media initiatives to provide insights and report on social media ROI.
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, social media content creation, and influencer management.
- Familiarity with online marketing channels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital technologies and social media trends, with a deep understanding of best practices for each network.
- Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
