What you’ll do:
Support in campaign operation and system setup, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of various marketing initiatives, including KOL collaborations, banner setup, promo code creation.

Facilitate Communication: Collecting and consolidating merchant requests for KOL collaborations. Ensuring that information flows smoothly and accurately.

Provide Updates: Regularly share progress reports and updates with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged. Gathering promotional materials and performance data for merchants.

Track Progress: Monitor and evaluate the progress of projects and initiatives, identifying potential roadblocks and taking corrective action as needed. Proficient in creating and maintaining effective sheet and project management trackers.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges, setting up and optimizing operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:

Language: Japanese and English (Chinese optional)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiar with G-suite and spreadsheet function on project management

A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required

Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background

Team player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment

Experience in influencer marketing or campaign operations is a plus
