Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Research Triangle Park, NC. This role is critical in supporting our mission to deliver top-tier service to rural and regional broadband service providers across the U.S. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, ensuring efficiency, and enhancing the overall productivity of our sales executives by managing essential operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Invoice and Order Management:

• Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely processing.

• Manage and track small order requests to meet customer needs efficiently.

Shipment Tracking:

• Monitor and follow up on shipment statuses, resolving any delivery-related issues.

Sales Support:

  • Assist sales executives with operational tasks to enable them to focus on strategic objectives and customer engagement.
  • Ability to uncover additional sales opportunities with existing customers during deployment timeframes
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding order-related inquiries.

Trade Show Representation:

• Occasionally represent the sales team at trade shows, fostering relationships and promoting our services.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational workflows and recommend actionable solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who thrives in managing impactful details. You excel at handling multiple priorities, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly. While this role requires a strong ability to manage day-to-day operations, it’s not just about putting out fires—it’s about creating value by supporting the larger sales strategy and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of professional experience in sales support, operations, or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience or interest in working with broadband or telecommunications industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business related field preferred
