Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract high-quality software and technical talent.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness and improve processes.
- Promote a positive employer brand by providing excellent candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best recruitment practices to enhance hiring strategies.
Internship Program Coordination
- Develop and manage internship recruitment efforts by collaborating with colleges, universities, and vocational programs.
- Coordinate onboarding, mentorship, and evaluation processes for interns.
- Track program success and make recommendations for improvement.
Veteran Hiring Initiatives
- Build partnerships with military transition programs, veteran organizations, and workforce development agencies.
- Assist in creating targeted outreach strategies to recruit veterans into the organization.
- Support veterans during the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the workplace.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the tech or software industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
