Job Summary

    The Associate Recruiter, Travel Nursing, is at the heart of our mission to connect skilled healthcare professionals with life-changing travel assignments. In this role, you are more than a recruiter – you will be a guide and advocate for nurses embarking on rewarding journeys. You’ll engage with candidates, listen to their stories, understand their dreams, and help them realize new possibilities in travel nursing through AMN Healthcare!

    During the six-week, on-site training in Dallas, TX, you will be immersed in our values and processes, preparing you to work with an encouraging team. After training, you'll work four days on-site and one day remotely, allowing you to stay connected with the team while enjoying a balanced work environment.

    What Recruiters Do

    • Grow and Engage the Network: Work daily to expand our clinician community and ensure existing travel nurses feel supported and appreciated.
    • Connect with Passion: Build connections with candidates through phone and email, understanding their professional journeys and aspirations.
    • Support with Insight: Educate clinicians on travel nursing benefits, sharing valuable insights into the industry’s current landscape to empower them in their career decisions.
    • Match with Purpose: Find the right fit by assessing candidates' skills, goals, and licensure to connect them with fulfilling assignments that match client needs.
    • Personalize Career Paths: Craft personalized plans that align with each nurse’s long-term goals, showing how travel nursing with AMN can elevate their career.
    • Negotiate and Build: Create compelling, competitive compensation packages that reflect the value each nurse brings to their role.
    • Collaborate for Success: Cooperate with internal partners to ensure a smooth interview and hiring process for AMN clients.

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree with 0-2 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 2-4 years of experience
    • Previous experience in sales or recruitment is a plus.

      Pay Rate$19.50 - $24.25 Hourly

      Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

      This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.  Please ask your recruiter for more information.
