Mission Statement:
Technical Project Management requires specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project including: Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization. On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
Your Responsibilities:

To work for PM/OH for the Dry & Traction division- reporting functionally to the Head- Project Management.

Key deliverables of achieving professional growth in the order handling dept working to achieve consolidation of no's in current year target and future years.

To work for business in achieving targeted Revenue, customer inspection and Collection as per budget

Work with Head-Project Management for achieving the P&L responsibility.

Customer Relationship Management, attend and co-ordinate customer complaints with factory and regional service engineers.

To co-ordinate with regional marketing (regional offices, branch offices) through proper delegation, leadership and working with the team members in alignment to the objectives.

To maintain the ISO documentation after handing over of orders from marketing.

Achieving short term goal with long term perspective

Leading the team of over backend marketing and business development.

Systemizing, Organizing and giving professional shape to project management dept- reporting system, feedback, analysis, meetings, reviews etc.

Representing Organization in forums, exhibitions and govt sponsored strategy meets.

Decide Strategic Business Growth for all India basis- vision for next years.

Support and Build Competency of team.

Your Background:

BE in Electrical.
-
5-10 yrs experience in Manufacturing industry.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Successful utilization of all resources

Successfully engage technical team, operation and marketing team in organization.

Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism.
