Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the development and transition of our data offerings, over time, within our delivery, service organization and customers. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of the project, aligning with our strategic goals.

Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, transition plans and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Training team, etc.) to track objectives, timeline, and client education requirements to translate into learning solutions.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Identify key tasks to monitor, share progress with management and analysts to demonstrate effort and ensure compliance.
  • Function as the team point of contact, attend internal meetings, assist with questions, and provide insight during onboarding and/or customer transitions.
  • Provide timely updates to the team regarding offerings, updates, timing, approach, changes, etc.
  • Document and review recommended approaches for analysts when preparing for customer transition discussions and conduct customer training.
  • Assist with report conversion plan for the teams, outlining approach, actionable steps, key customer discussion points, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across all departments involved.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years related experience, including experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a multi-departmental or data-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated success building effective relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including senior leaders, associates, and other key stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of IQVIA Sales, Rx and Patient data elements/offerings strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical/Management Consulting sector preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $101,600.00 - $207,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
