About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Digital Product Creation value stream. This product manager will support our product creation teams (merchandising, design, product development), the backbone of our business and how we take products from idea to physical creation. Your area of expertise will be in the product develop and manufacturing space – how we take a product sketch and create garment specifications to be used for manufacturing. You will be excited to sit at the intersection of physical products (garments) and digital products (technology). Any experience in retail and apparel, and internal go to market or supply chain processes is good to have.

Create a clear, prioritised, product roadmap informed by our priorities, customer insights, and technical feasibility

Maintain a healthy product backlog. Be able to take an epic or initiative and break it down into clear user stories.

Specify and communicate the high-level and detailed product specifications (the backlog) using written specifications, business rules, flows and use cases and prototypes

Manage the full spectrum of product development, using prototypes and MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) to test assumptions and refine product directions based on user engagement.

Partner with engineering and design to develop potential solutions to user needs, exploring both use of third-party offerings and internal development of capabilities. Understand tradeoffs between quick wins vs platform longevity.

Where we do leverage 3rd party software, be able to effectively communicate and enhancements or new capabilities we need from our vendors.

Be able to collect and summarise data to define a hypothesis, run experiments, and learn what works and does not work for our fans and our business.

Support product releases through release planning and communication. Partner with business and operations teams on product launches and understand ways of working of our users

With support from leads, identify the right Indicators to shape insights. Measure success of KPIs on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

Have expertise in our Go-to-market processes for manufacturing and the complex ecosystem supporting those processes
About You:

2+ years of experience in product management
-
Experience with both build and buy software implementations

Summarise the relevant insights from data to lead new capabilities

Experience with product discovery, leading a digital product squad and achieving Indicators

Demonstrated experience gathering and transforming user problems into an applicable product roadmap

Communicate at all levels, across multiple departments
-
Experience in apparel, go to markets is good to have.
