The Associate Product Manager role offers great exposure to many other departments both in Market Intelligence as well as other corporate divisions and opens doors for tremendous career opportunities across S&P Global.

Requirements:

  • Understand the way CRM and related technologies can empower the workflow of Commercial personas including Sales/Marketing, Relationship Management and Client Support
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the LEAN process and the ability to assist in any LEAN projects where possible.
  • Understanding Salesforce UI and CPQ (order to cash (OTC) workflow specifically).

Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties as a UAT lead for scrum teams.
  • Develop user acceptance test plans by analyzing business requirements and engaging with project team members and subject matter experts as necessary.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to test the delivered functionality in real-world scenarios and certify user acceptance criteria.
  • Responsible for validating UAT scenarios, test data creation, defect monitoring and regression during UAT and production validation activities.
  • Proactively collect and analyze data to identify areas for continuous improvement opportunities and best practices to support User Acceptance Testing within a product’s / project’s infrastructure.

  • Develop quality assurance procedures and tests for the development and improvement of new and existing systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and document discrepancies or bugs and ensure that appropriate adjustments are made.
  • Work with scrum teams to handle post release support and resolve production bugs in a timely manner.
  • Participate in pre-project planning with PO and stakeholders.
  • Assist in defining best practices for pilot launches, communication, testing, writing use cases.
  • Ability to independently navigate user stories, bugs and other work items assigned to the scrum team.
  • Assist in training new associates that may join the team and continue to be a resource to help with training where needed.
