Job Description
Role:• Experience in refunds and knowledge of dispute handling• Handling dedicated email box where requests are for any specific inquiry, refund detailsCapabilities:• Good team player• Adherence to Company values• Ability to work independently and multi-task with minimum supervision in a dynamic work Environment• Fluent English (written and spoken)• Ability to grasp concepts quickly and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities• Problem solving ability• Ability to meet deadlines, providing accurate and thorough results• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Good time management and organization skills• Ability to work under pressure and handle stress• Proficiency in MS office applicationsKnowledge:• Pursuing University(bachelors) degree in any stream• IATA/Diploma in Travel and Tourism (preferably)• 2-4 years’ experience in Sales and refunds process• Experience in airline/travel industry
