We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing representative to join our team. You will play a key role in driving demand generation, supporting marketing initiatives, and executing engaging events. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and analytical skills. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and other marketing team members to achieve our marketing objectives
What you’ll be doing 💪
- Develop and execute targeted multi-channel campaigns (email, website, social media, content, webinars, etc.) to generate pipeline and deals within our target accounts. This includes campaign theme development, messaging creation, asset deployment (infographics, videos, demos), and performance tracking.
- Support the Center of Excellence (CoE) for customers through activities that enable strong customer relationships such as customer visits, conversations about their pain points and deep account research; leveraging the account insights to personalize and optimize campaigns.
- Contribute to the content strategy and creation process, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
- Support content creation, promotion and distribution to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, from defining objectives; inviting, confirming attendance from target audience to post-event analysis. This includes venue selection, budgeting, marketing and promotion, cold-calling, registration management, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up (surveys, thank you emails, reporting).
- You will be responsible for ensuring successful event outcomes and measuring their performance by utilizing marketing tools and generating reports.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives by developing compelling messaging that differentiates our products and resonates with target buyers.
- Create marketing collateral (product one-pagers, eBooks, presentations) and partner with field enablement to train the sales team on product updates, competitive intelligence, and sales tools.
- Manage marketing assets, budgets, calendars, and handle daily administrative tasks related to campaign execution.
- Work closely with BDR teams to connect marketing impact with sales results.
- Aid in the vendor accreditation process through document preparation and submission as needed.
What you’ll bring to the table 🧑💻
- Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience
- Experience in executing, and managing field marketing events, including user groups, conferences, trade shows, and webinars, with a focus on lead generation and customer engagement.
- Experience in HubSpot CRM (or similar application) and marketing automation, with the ability to leverage automation for event promotions, registration management, and post-event follow-up.
- Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Good understanding of local and regional market dynamics, with the ability to tailor global event strategies and content to suit specific geographies and customer segments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, leveraging synchronous and asynchronous communication tools to ensure seamless connectivity to the global team across cultures and time zones.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a track record of responding quickly to changing business needs, market conditions, and event requirements to deliver results.
- Ability to drive post-event analysis and feedback loops to continuously improve future events and optimize marketing strategies based on results and customer input.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written) are essential for providing a great customer experience.

Our Selection Process 🔎
